How do I report a lost property ?

To report your lost property, please lodge a lost property enquiry (opens in a new tab) with as much detail as possible so your item(s) can be easily verified. For lost property that you need urgently (such as essential medical equipment), phone 131 500.

If your property is found on board our Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore Bus Services, we will inform you the address of the depot where you can collect it. Our offices are open Monday to Friday, between 8am and 4pm for collection.
