Chartering a private Keolis Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore bus is a cost-effective way transport solution. Whether it be transporting staff to corporate events, VIP functions, or individual filming requirements, we have your needs covered.
We have experienced industry professionals and a clean, modern fleet to provide a safe, comfortable and reliable service to any function.
- Corporate hire: We are experienced in catering to Corporates, transporting employees to and from conferences, team training days and offsite celebrations.
- Private hire: We also provide a range of different buses for private functions such as weddings, special family events and other important occasions.
- Film & TV hire: Applications for bus hire in films and TV will be assessed against Keolis’s corporate guidelines to ensure safety and behavioral messages are not compromised.
Please note: We are only able to offer charter services between peak times. Bookings are not available before 9am or after 3pm.
School Excursions
Half the fun of a school excursion is on the bus trip! Our drivers are qualified and experienced to provide safe and reliable journeys.
Keolis Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore buses can be chartered by local schools and this is a cost-effective means of transportation to and from your excursion.
So if you are planning a school excursion, travel to and from a sports carnival or inter-school social function all within the Northern beaches or lower North Shore area then Keolis Northern Beaches can look after your transport needs.
Please adhere to the following safety requirements:
- A maximum of one student are permitted to a single seat.
- Please ensure there is a minimum of one teacher or carer for every five pre-school aged children or infants.
- For primary or secondary school children, there needs to be a minimum of one teacher or carer for every 20 students.
All of Keolis Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore bus services are accessible to wheelchairs. If you have a passenger with a disability, they will be given priority boarding. The bus driver will assist with getting on and off the bus safely.
Availability
We are only able to offer charter services betweeen peak times. Bookings are not available before 9am or after 3pm. Please book at least 2 weeks in advance.
Accessibility
All of Keolis Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore bus services are accessible to wheelchairs and have capacity for up to two wheelchairs. If you have a passenger with a disability, they will be given priority boarding. The bus driver will assist with getting on and off the bus safely.
