Keolis Downer proudly offers Bus and On Demand services for the Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore.

TIMETABLE CHANGES FROM MONDAY 17TH JULY 2023

In response to ongoing bus driver shortages, Transport for NSW have instructed Keolis Downer Northern Beaches to adopt a temporary, adjusted timetable for bus services in the Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore from Monday 17th July 2023.
The adjusted timetable is designed to provide passengers with a more reliable timetable by reducing the number of ad hoc bus cancellations caused by a deficit between services and driver shortages.
A more predictable timetable will allow passengers to better plan their journey using online trip planning.
Plan your trip using the Trip Planner to see if your travel is affected by the changes.

Our extensive bus network provides regular route services, dedicated school services and charter services to communities within the Northern Beaches and the Lower North Shore.

We are committed to enhancing your journey experience and we will ensure that we are providing the best possible service that locals need and want by continually listening to the community.

We are strong advocates for delivering more sustainable public transport options and will be introducing 125 electric buses over the next eight years from newly electrified depots. We will also introduce innovative headway technology to further increase the reliability of the already successful B-Line route.

We hope to welcome you on board our services soon.

Who is Keolis Downer?

Keolis Downer is Australia’s largest private provider of multi-modal public transport, with a presence in five states, and delivering 250 million passenger trips each year.

We are committed to enhancing your journey experience and will continue to provide the best possible service to the local community.

Since 2017, we have been successfully operating the popular On Demand transport service known as Keoride, connecting customers from Palm Beach to North Narrabeen to bus stops on the Northern Beaches B-Line. This popular point-to-point service will continue as a permanent part of the network.

As strong advocates for delivering more sustainable public transport options, we will be introducing 125 electric buses over the next eight years from two newly electrified depots in Brookvale and Mona Vale. We will also introduce innovative headway technology to further increase the reliability of the already successful B-Line route.

We look forward to delivering exceptional transport for the Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore communities.
